**About the role**
As a Culinary Service & Experience Specialist at Chophouse Grill, you’ll be the face of an extraordinary dining experience. You’ll be the one who ensures our guests feel welcome, indulged, and taken care of from the moment they arrive to the second they leave. Every order you take, every recommendation you make, and every interaction you have will contribute to the magic that makes Chophouse Grill stand out.
- Your key responsibilities include:_
- Welcoming guests with charm and professionalism, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.
- Presenting the menu with enthusiasm, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
- Taking precise food and drink orders, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction at every step.
- Delivering food and drinks promptly, ensuring every dish is perfectly presented and every beverage is served to perfection.
- Maintaining an organized and pristine dining area, working seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and an efficient atmosphere.
- Handling guest inquiries and concerns with tact, professionalism, and grace, making sure every guest leaves with a smile.
- Staying in the know about the latest menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings to share your expertise with guests and elevate their experience.

**About you**
You are a dynamic and dedicated professional with a passion for fine dining. With proven experience in an upscale or à la carte restaurant, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sharp focus on delivering exceptional service every time. You understand the art of hospitality, and you love turning every interaction into a memorable moment for our guests.
- What we’re looking for:_
- Proven experience as a waiter in a high-end or established à la carte restaurant.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong work ethic and a natural ability to connect with people.
- The ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment, maintaining grace under pressure and attention to detail at all times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth interactions with guests and team members alike.
- Wine knowledge is a bonus Experience with Coravin wine service is preferred.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required (after all, our busiest times are when the fun happens).
- Certifications required: RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)_

**Additional Information**
This is a casual position, and we’re looking for flexible availability for dinner shifts from Tuesday to Saturday. Weekend availability, as well as availability during peak seasons (summer, public holidays, and school holidays), is essential for this role.
