**Two positions currently available within our Customer Service Team**:

- **Support the delivery of a democratic process in the state of New South Wales**

**About the Role**

We currently have two Project Support Officer positions (Enrolment Support Officer and Non voter & Rolls Support Officer) available within our Customer Service Team within Elections Division. Both positions will be assisting the team to plan, implement and co-ordinate the delivery of enrolment, non voter & rolls services for local government elections, State by-elections and several projects relevant to election events by leveraging extensive business unit knowledge.

The role is a Temporary full-time position until 31st December 2024 with the possibility of extension.

Our vision is to maintain confidence in the integrity of the democratic process and make it easy for people to understand and participate.

- Communicating and engaging with the public and our stakeholders; and
- Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018

**Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements**
- Previous experience working in project or event-based organisation
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Sound organisation and time management skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in writing documents such as policies, processes and procedures impacting the operations of the function/business unit.
- Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
- Satisfactory criminal record check result.
