We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to lead our policy team, working closely with executive management and key stakeholders to deliver policy outcomes that make a difference for Queenslanders.
As the Manager of Policy within Queensland Government Enterprise Architecture (QGEA) you will be responsible for the development, publication, and engagement with, QGEA's policy framework, providing guidance and standards to support our agency clients in the management of IT. This role includes working with our clients to understand their business needs and identifying policy outcomes to help resolve those challenges. You will be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable in working with key stakeholders to unpack complex situations and working collaboratively to co-design meaningful policy outcomes.

**As the Manager of Policy within QGEA you will**:

- Lead a small high-performance team in developing policy that works for our clients
- Provide advice and recommendations to key stakeholders across government on relevant matters
- Establish and improve relationships with key stakeholders within agencies to communicate, support and advance whole-of-government strategic initiatives - Develop and manage activities to promote and raise awareness of QGEA policy and related resources.
