**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage payroll and billing team functions (currently team of 4) ensuring services align with NDIS plans and Sirv's NDIS Registration.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, NDIS claiming and Proda management.
- Conduct weekly payroll and billing meetings with Managing Partners.
- Management and processing of fortnightly and monthly payroll for up to 150 to 200 casuals’ employees using our inhouse software with Xero.
- Oversee the governance of Participant plan budgets and end dates.
- Provide comprehensive guidance and training on NDIS billing procedures to the operations team.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve unified goals.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes accurately and efficiently.
- Process payroll in adherence to the SCHADS Award (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award) and other relevant regulations.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense claims in accordance with organisational policies and NDIS requirements.
- Monitor budget expenditures and ensure compliance with funding agreements.
- Assist in financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support budget planning and forecasting activities.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and service providers.
- Address and resolve issues or concerns related to NDIS plans.
**About You**:
- 3+ years of payroll experience.
- 2+ years of NDIS invoicing and claiming experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in disability services or a related field, with a strong understanding of NDIS guidelines and regulations.
- 2+ years of management and training experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Ambitious to grow and develop both professionally and personally.
Pay: $60,479.92 - $88,617.74 per year
