**Job Description** About the Opportunity**

This 12 month fixed term adventure is all about **building brighter futures** together for our People We are in the hunt for an experienced People & Capability generalist for an opportunity to join us Junior Adventures Group. With experience across the employee life cycle and strong stakeholder management you'll be joining a passionate and values led People, Culture, and Performance (PC&P) team of 20+, with support provided by the National Manager HR Business Partnerships & ER.

**About the role**

**Who are we looking for?**
- Relevant degree in HR or business management.
- Basic Award interpretation experience.
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex employee relations issues including grievance management, performance improvement, injury management, Modern Awards and disciplinary processes.
- CPHR-level Membership of AHRI (highly desirable).Change management training and demonstrated applied knowledge of change management e.g. Prosci or similar training.
- Demonstrated experience in the conduct of workplace investigations in a regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience in delivery HR advice and support to a multi-site business environment within a national contex
