This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level by joining AGS’s dynamic Client Services Team. As the Events Manager, you will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute your skills to drive success for the organisation. You will be a part of the AGS Client Services Team who play an integral role in the delivery of AGS’s market development and client service strategy.

**About the role**
As the Events Manager you will have an integral role in strengthening AGS's professional reputation by delivering successful forums, conferences and a range of other events. The role will include:
- or client-specific training and meetings
- venue and supplier contract management
- coordinating and preparing various papers and brochures for conference packs; managing event budgets and venue contracts; providing speaking notes for forum chairs; and post-event feedback surveys, reporting and analysis.

**About you**
The position is based within the AGS Client Services Team in Canberra. The successful applicant will have honed their skills in delivering excellent client service, with well-developed communication skills (written and verbal) and with experience in providing business support in the events management field. The applicant will have excellent organisational skills and problem-solving skills, be solutions-focused and will have a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality service.
