**Position: Factory manager**

**Location: Truganina, Vic**

**Starting Time: ASAP**

**Shift Schedule: Mon - Fri (occasional saturdays)**

**Annual Salary: $110k - $120k plus fuel card & toll tag**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direction and leadership to Factory Team, Machine operators & other staff
- Assist, supervise and support staff in timely and accurate completion of work assignments
- Develop and implement systems and processes that drive consistency, efficiency and quality
- Oversee maintenance of equipment
- Monitor inventory and ensure availability and efficiencies of stock control
- Ensure effective skills and training programs are met and implemented
- Manage and oversee Occupational Health & Safety compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of Factory

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Factory Manager
- Previous experience working in the Stone industry is a must
- Have a strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), manufacturing, quality, productivity, inventory, and factory processes.
- Be highly organised and have the ability to coordinate Factory workflows to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Forklift licence
