**About the Role**:
Tradeflex are looking for a Facilities Coordinator for Reactive Maintenance, the successful person will provide leadership and direction to service providers and manage the day-to-day compliance and risk related activities related to the management and coordination for Reactive Maintenance request.

The position will directly liaise with suppliers, management, and the Customers. The facilities Coordinator is required to deliver on services as per client agreements and play a strategic role regarding the Operations Centre meeting contractual severity timeframes and adhering to Service Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

**Key Accountabilities include but not limited to**:
Coordinate and execute all Corrective and Reactive Maintenance activities necessary to ensure Tradeflex’s client sites within Australia are serviced on time and in accordance with relevant state and territory building codes and Australian Standards
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship between Tradeflex and all customers including service providers and internal customers
Actively liaise with essential service providers and third-party subcontractors to manage and control site access, inspection times and servicing schedules
Ensure all service reports from third party subcontractors are accurate and within scope
Ensure all identified defects from the service reports are accompanied with Corrective Maintenance quotation from subcontractors
Assist in developing corrective maintenance reviews and quotations from the subcontractor’s service reports within 24 hours of receiving the subcontractor quote
Ensure invoice costs are matched with service scopes and validated in a timely manner. As a result of site visits/inspections; manage and action incoming requests (requisitions) for remediation work

**You will have**:
Previous experience as a compliance or risk management officer with exposure to facility Maintenance activities, including but not limited to coordination and/or scheduling activities (desired)
A minimum of 3 years of industry specific experience is required (desired)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Operational service delivery excellence, through consistent supplier management and quality assurance
A demonstrated knowledge of facilities management and/or building construction methods (desired)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated analytical and trouble shooting skills
