**The Role**

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced applicant to coordinate our HACC PYP Program. The program consists of 2 HACC PYP officers and a HACC PYP Volunteer coordinator in the new Healthy and Inclusive Communities Unit. The coordinator will lead this team through this change and support the positive integration of the team into the broader unit and department, whilst also championing the work of the team, achieving operational targets, and ensuring quality outcomes for clients.

In this role you will be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of the HACCPYP Program as per the agreed funding guidelines and budget. You will also be responsible for service coordination, ensuring organisations work together in an integrated a co-ordinated way with the person at the centre of service delivery.

**About you**
You will bring:

- Extensive knowledge of the HACC PYP program, as well as the sector in general
- Proven experience in engaging with and managing critical internal and external business relationships / stakeholders.
- Proven experience in developing and driving operational strategies to achieve funding targets and manage budgets
- An ability to champion quality and positive outcomes for the client
- Experience in leading teams, getting the best out of people and leading change
- Ability to work autonomously & manage competing demands
