**Join The Joint Physiotherapy - Receptionist (Part-Time/Casual)**

**Location**: Caulfield, Melbourne

**Job Type**: Casual/Part-Time
**Availability**: Mon, Wed & Fri (with possible holiday & Saturday morning cover)
**Contract**: Part time or casual

The Joint Physiotherapy is a highly regarded Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy practice known for our warm, hands-on approach in delivering top-notch care to our patients. With a commitment to health and well-being, we are proud of the close relationships we build with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling phone inquiries
- Process customer billing (Medicare, private health insurance) and manage client invoicing
- Reconcile payments and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Provide administrative support to practitioners and address any immediate needs
- Maintain smooth communication between patients and practitioners
- Ensure the office runs efficiently, managing scheduling and patient records with accuracy

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a medical, allied health, or similar environment preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in managing booking systems and invoicing
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
- A passion for health, wellness, and a willingness to learn
