**About the opportunity**
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our client's product portfolio in Australia, working closely with key stakeholders within the business and reporting into the Demand Planning Head. In this you will analyse forecast to ensure product availability in a timely and cost effective manner. You will play a key role in S&OP processes and inventory management and will analyse performance, manage forecasting requirements and build strong relationships within the business providing recommendations to support planning and operations.

This a hybrid role offering flexibility and option to work from home.

**Duties**
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team to ensure demand planning aligns with supply planning.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand changing market trends and incorporate them into demand plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
- Identify and escalate supply chain issues or risks to management, proposing solutions where possible. - Ensure all demand planning activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Contribute to the development of long-term supply chain strategies to support business growth and expansion

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working in Healthcare or FMCG preferred
- Demonstrated experience working in a Demand Planning role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Advanced Excel skills.
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding problem solving skills
