**About the Role**:
As the Demand & Supply Planner you will construct an accurate demand plan that enables the planning of stock to be manufactured through Ferrero’s global network as well as monitor availability of managed portfolio of goods. Main responsibilities of the role include ensuring that the Sales Forecast is accurate and allows us to have a robust Supply Chain, minimizing costs, improving freshness, avoiding out of stock, and reducing amount of obsoletes. In addition to forecast management, this role focuses on balancing demand with available supply, understanding and highlighting short and mid-term supply risks to the business and implementing recovery plans.

You will collaborate with the Sales, Regional Planning Team, Logistics Customer Service to align end to end demand and supply plans. To be successful, you will have strong communication and influencing skills, amazing organizational skills, an ability to balance short to long term priorities with exceptional multi-tasking skills.

**Main Responsibilities**:
You will contribute to Sales & Operational Planning cycles, using analysis and data sharing to ensure efficient decision making. In collaboration with Sales, you will create, maintain and review total demand for managed portfolio of brands as well as give feedback on sales plans based on product availability.

You will analyze demand variances, identify trends and anomalies and work with Sales to achieve forecast accuracy improvements.

As the Demand Planner, you will also be supporting the supply planning team and inventory management through calculating and monitoring the supply outlook and inventory levels. Working with the Demand Planning manager, you will review plans to ensure that products are being made in time to avoid stock outs in distribution.

When there are any supply issues, you will communicate with Sales and Operations so that customers are well informed.

To ensure accuracy, you will ensure data integrity across planning systems and maintaining records for audit trails. Systems used include SAP, JDA Demand, BW and Microsoft Office.

**Who we are looking for**:
You are an experienced supply & demand planner who is confident in forecasting, demand planning, production and inventory management, as well as working knowledge of the physical distribution system. You will have a strong understanding of all aspect of Customer Service and Order Management. Experience in JDA would be highly considered.

To be successful in the role, you will be a goal getter, problem solver and able juggle priorities. You will be effective at working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and have strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
