**About your role**
UGL's Manufacturing & Maintenance business are searching for a high performing Technical Report Writer to join our high performing Mining team. This role will be offered on a full-time permanent basis and located at our Broadmeadow site.
Reporting to the Production Manager, your role will be required to write, develop and improve technical documents including inspection, overhaul and completion reports, warranty reports for use internally and for our mining customers.
**About you**
As the **Technical Report Writer**, you have experience in similar role, ideally within heavy industry such as Oil and Gas, FMCG, Heavy Industry, Mining or Rail.
Skills & experience required:
- Strong technical knowledge and critical analytical skills including problem solving, decision making, interpretation and observation skills
- Excellent written, literacy and verbal communication skills, the ability to extract and rephrase information to produce accurate, complete, and concise report documentation
- Demonstrated willingness to embrace new products, technologies, methods and systems
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel
