**Position description**
We seek an enthusiastic Health Professional (Medical Scientist) to join our vibrant laboratory at St George Private Hospital. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:
Participating in multiple disciplines, including haematology, morphology, transfusion and biochemistry

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on all equipment within the lab

Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results promptly
We are proud to say we have a learning and supportive environment, and full training will be provided. We are looking for the following:
Graduated with a Medical Science Degree or recognised AIMS equivalent.

Experience working in a haematology/blood bank will be highly regarded

Open to working rostered full time hours on a fully rotational roster, 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Highly knowledgeable in quality control techniques

Team player with the ability to work unsupervised

A hard-working, motivated individual with a strong work ethic

Competitive hourly pay with attractive loading.
