**Seeking customer service super stars**

Whether your experience is from a hospitality, retail or customer service background, this is a great opportunity for customer service specialists to join a well known New Zealand and Australian Brand based in South Granville on a 6 month temporary basis.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Provide high level and professional customer service
- Take payments and process refunds

You will have the opportunity to be trained across all areas of customer service fields - this is an incredible chance to gain skills beyond basic customer service. This is an office based role with full training is provided and parking is available on site.

Hourly rate: $31.08 per hour + super

**What experience/qualities do you need to have?**
- Proven customer service experience (call centre experience highly regarded)
- Must be able to commit to a Monday - Friday roster, shifts between 9am to 6pm (37.5 hours working week).
- Must be available to commence in September 2023
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with customers at all levels
- Be able to work calmly under pressure and effectively time manage
- Have excellent communication both written and verbal
- Strong relationship and rapport building skills
