Aspire Hub, is looking for professional, dedicated, and highly motivated, Support Workers to join Aspire Hubs, **Northern Suburbs** team.

Aspire Hub, provides housing and supports to NDIS Participants living with disabilities, some Participants may have complex behaviours, emotional regulation, mental health diagnosis or may need assistance with personal care. You must have a high level of initiative, patience, understanding and willingness to learn about each Participant to deliver high standards of supports.

**About the role**

As a Lifestyle Assistant you will be responsible for providing high quality support assist people with disabilities to live in their choice of accommodation and to provide individualised support. This involves undertaking a broad range of duties which range from personal care to management of household tasks which includes administrative functions. The position requires working across a broad range of people including clients, families, health professions and other organisations.

We are after likeminded people who have values similar to us, we need a team that is as diverse as our customers.

This role will be situated in the **Northern Suburbs **region supporting NDIS clients with semi-independent living.

**Key requirements**:

- Passion and demonstrated experience in supporting people to live the lives they choose.
- Manual handling is a requirement of the role.
- Experience with complex and challenging behaviours is a must.
- Willing to support our customers with domestic duties.
- Capability to work in a small team with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in report writing.
- Good computer skills in order to use online systems.
- Capacity to meet physical requirements of the job.
- Current driver’s license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First aid and CPR Certificates
- Completed NDIS Screening check
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working with Children Check
- Certificate III in Individual Support is desired
