**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Manager - Home is responsible for leading the development and delivery of the Home marketing program (comms and campaigns) to support the achievement of business plan targets across the
portfolio.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Champion the development and delivery of a robust marketing program across the portfolio of Home products including Home Insurance, Trades and Small Business Insurance.
- Develop, optimise and refine (as necessary) programs to ensure benchmarks / targets are continually met and challenged.
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan across the portfolio
- Liaise, negotiate and influence stakeholders and cross functional teams in the delivery of marketing plans.
- Develop and manage the channel plan for paid, owned and 1:1 channels to achieve growth targets
- Own and be accountable for respective portfolio marketing budget and program outcomes related to this marketing investment.
- Optimisation of the marketing program based on clear measurement, attribution and insights driven recommendations
- Drive efficiency in the marketing program ongoing
- Manage agency delivery and engagement: build positive and productive relationships and exceptional partner performance

The Marketing Operations Manager - Home will posses a demonstrated ability to foster collaborative business relationships and the ability to simplify complexity and influence outcomes which benefit the business. Will be able to work effectively within a team and can provide direction and support as well as the ability to lead in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and deliver immediate business value.
**What you’ll need to be successful**
- 7 + years strategic marketing experience in business to consumer discipline.
- Extensive strategic marketing experience, including a proven quantitative ability.
- Experienced people leader, who has guided development of individuals at varying levels of experience
- Media agency experience preferred.
- Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills
- Extensive experience working in a similar role owning different projects at the same time.
