**About the role**
As the Content Marketing Lead you’ll support the planning and execution of inspiring branded content across all digital touch points, to help Australians drink better and to engage our Millenial and Gen Z customer.
This position will play a key role in driving our ambitious content marketing strategy forward by autonomously leading content campaigns and driving awareness for our editorial platform, Dan’s Daily.

You’ll also:

- Ensure the successful planning and execution of campaigns end to end, working cross functionally with the broader Marketing team, business stakeholders and agency partners.
- Support the Content Marketing Manager on the execution of the overarching content strategy that solves customer problems, provide inspiration, discovery and drive our strategic objectives.
- Be responsible for the end to end execution of Dan’s Daily awareness and amplification and content campaigns.
- Build effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally with agency partners, to achieve cross functional alignment and production of content for campaigns on time and to brief and budget.
- Support the editorial team in the roll out and day to day management of Dan’s Daily including assisting with DAM management, CMS builds and updates.

Your finger is on the pulse, you’re a step ahead in understanding the ever-changing world of social and digital content and you have high attention to detail and creative flair
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketer with proven skills and experience in content marketing, social media strategy and execution.

To be successful in this role, you’ll also have the following:

- Degree Qualification in Marketing, or equivelant.
- A strong digital marketing skill set, with experience in content management, social media, influencer and online marketing.
- Proficiency across systems including CMS, Google Analytics and Social Media tools is favourable.
- Proven commercial acumen in a retail environment
- A strong understanding of wider cross-functional business planning, including category strategies.
- Proven ability to develop strategy and budget management.
- Strong attention to detail and creative copywriting skills.
- Retail industry experience is favourable, with knowledge of the liquor industry.
- An ability to be ‘hands on’, you are curious about the why and focused on outcomes.
- Ability to work autonomously with little direction and to manage ambiguity well.
