Your responsibilities:

- Lead the ongoing identification of strategic opportunities across the Loyalty ecosystem and within specific Loyalty businesses with particular focus on value drivers
- Support the biggest-ticket initiatives for Loyalty to reach its FY30 targets. Owning and driving several key work streams concurrently to assess customer proposition, commercial opportunities and delivery considerations weighed against customer and delivery considerations
- Drive competitive intelligence in loyalty, monitoring major players and predicting future trends
- Take strategy from conception through to successful business adoption and enablement that achieves tangible outcomes; directing the future of the Loyalty business
- Partner with key business stakeholders (team leads and team members)

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Strong strategic toolkit with ideally 5-8 years’ experience in strategy consulting with a customer (member and partner) mindset
- Expert modelling skills and ability to pare opportunities back to their core commercial drivers
- Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within a scaled agile environment, ideally in a digital and data-driven environment
- Outstanding strategic thinking, financial, logical and analytical problem solving.
- Ability to contribute actively in group sessions with a high performing, collaborative team
- Ability to administer numerous projects simultaneously and an ability to work to tight deadlines
