Lollipop's Playland is the forefront of Children's Indoor Play, with a network of over 28 sites across Australia. As a thriving 7-day-a-week business, we specialise in creating memorable kids' birthday parties and providing a safe and exciting environment for children to play.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Playland Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the overall operations of the store. Your responsibilities will involve leading and managing a dynamic team of up to 30 staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and efficiently managing shifts.

About the Role:

- As the Playland Manager, you will directly report to the company owners and higher management.
- This hands-on role requires you to work collaboratively with your team, offering support and guidance as needed.
- You will have the opportunity to implement innovative strategies aimed at enhancing profitability.
- Recruitment and training of new team members will be part of your key responsibilities.
- Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with Indoor Play Equipment Standards is paramount.
- Your work schedule will encompass weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and some night shifts.
- Collaborating with the management team to achieve labor and food cost targets will be crucial to your success.
- Efficiently writing and managing weekly rosters will be essential to maintaining smooth operations.

About You:

- We seek a proactive manager with exceptional communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Your confidence and professionalism will inspire and motivate the team.
- You bring valuable experience as a manager or supervisor within the hospitality and/or indoor play centre industry.
- Knowledge of barista skills is essential for this role.
- Holding a valid Current First Aid and Working With Children check is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team of 15+ staff will make you an ideal fit for this position.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
