**About the role**

Due to the growth of the business, they are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their business. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be supported & looked after every step of the way in this role

**Key Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Operating a CNC and Edge Bander simultaneously to complete tasks
- Attending to reworks
- Fixing up small pieces
- Working in a team to achieve goals and targets
- Working within tight deadlines to complete pieces

**Skills & experience**
- Minimum 2 + years' experience operating a CNC
- Edge bander and panel saw experience & the ability to use an edge bander and CNC simultaneously
- An understanding of "reworks" & smaller fix up pieces would be advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously or within a team
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- The ability to liaise with colleges, senior level management and customers in an appropriate manner.

**Culture**

The hours for this role will predominantly be Monday to Friday from 7am - 3.30pm. However, there are also overtime opportunities, available when necessary. This business has a highly reputable culture that holds the highest levels of integrity within their teams
