**The role**:
As a Process Officer - Change Management, you will work as part of a close-knit team to provide expert advice and leadership to eHealth Queensland to ensure that requests for change to the enterprise infrastructure comply with Queensland Health process standards and process frameworks
This position is the key reference point for the Unit for interpretation, advice, coaching and support for complex budget management activities
Are you right for this role?To secure this role you will demonstrate the ability or the ability to quickly learn ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITML framework, primarily change / release / Configuration management.
Ideally, you will demonstrate skills and knowledge of;
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework, primarily change / release /configuration management (SFIA: CHMG Level 3; RELM Level 3)
- Demonstrated knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of: o Preparation and on-going management of budget and budget activities of significant size and complexity (SFIA: FMIT level 4)o Government Financial and Purchasing regulations and practices for ICT products and services including inter-department quoting and cost recoveries (SFIA: FMIT level 4)o Asset and Configuration Management practices and systems such as SAP and Open View Service Desk (SFIA: CFMG Level 4 )
- Well developed interpersonal, consultation, negotiation and communications skills including the ability to influence a wide range of key stakeholders (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
- Proven analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
- Ability to meet service delivery targets by performing multiple tasks within agreed priorities, time frames and accountabilities (NHS: Drive for Results)
- Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team to achieve agreed outcomes (NHS: Collaborative Working)
- Conceptual and analytical skills to confirm adherence of changes to the ICT Change Management process and the ability to respond to client business requirements (SFIA: CORE Level 3).
