As the Freight Agent, you will deliver total customer satisfaction through the accurate and efficient performance of clerical duties associated with the acceptance and delivery of Import and Export Freight. You will assess operational requirements and make decisions as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, comply with corporate and divisional service standards and comply with the group management system standard and associated policies in the workplace.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have
Good numeracy & literacy skills.
- Excellent computer literacy
- Ability to communicate effectively - written & oral.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- The ability and desire to comply with standard work instructions & procedures including legislative requirements eg. dangerous goods acceptance, ACS & AQIS.
- Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of personal presentation and behaviour.
- High level of integrity.
