Campbell Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that delivers nationally recognised training. We are currently seeking Hairdressing trainers and assessors with a strong commitment to providing quality training in a supportive and professional manner with an immediate start.

**The ideal person for this role will have the following skills and experience**:

- Relevant VET qualifications at the equivalent or higher level
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or a diploma or higher level qualification in adult education
- mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience as a hairdresser in a salon environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the assessment of training programs.
- Demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development;
- Ability to use LMS as course delivery platform.

**What does my day to day role involve?**
- Facilitating Classroom based learning
- Work with the Academic team to ensure the accurate, compliant and timely submission of all assessment outcomes and reporting requirements.
- Provide ongoing individual support and mentoring
- Review/evaluate training programs as requested
- Review/evaluate assessment processes and modify as requested
- Upgrading and keeping resources abreast with changes in the industry

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Hairdressing: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
