Sodexo plays a critical role in ensuring the resource sector can operate by providing quality catering, hospitality, and facilities maintenance services.

**Job Description**:
We have a position available for a Commercial Manager (Facility Maintenance) to join our team based out of our office in Balcatta.

This is a crucial role supporting both our finance and facility maintenance team working on the worlds largest integrated facility maintenance services (IFMS) contract in the world.

You will be responsible for commercial management, governance in compliance with IFMS contract. Involved in implementing contracting strategy, levels of service and the long-term management of the IFMS Contract. Establishing strong relationships with the client and partner with key stakeholders in contractual/commercial projects aimed at embedding the customer centric culture by identifying opportunities and continuous improvement projects.

**Qualifications**:
Be tertiary qualified in Commerce or have a similar qualification / background and able to demonstrate:

- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience, ideally with a prior experience in a similar role,
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and administration with a sound understanding of general forms of contract including Australian standards
- Strong analytical, commercial and modelling skills, careful attention to detail and investigative mindset
- Demonstrated ability in meeting deadlines and establish priorities
- Excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills
- Ability to analyse and present a P&L finance performance,
- A ‘hands on’ style and ability to excel in a fast paced and reactive environment;
- Experience of at least 3 years within the resources sector.
