Returning to Place Bulimba is a highly motivated Agent, who specialises in Brisbane’s Inner Eastern suburbs and delivers premium results to his clients.
Darcy Lord is wanting to grow his team and appoint an ambitious and hardworking Sales Associate, who wants to take their career to the next level.
Although a heavy focus will be on prospecting, setting appointments & open homes / private inspections, you will gain exposure to all facets of the sales process from day one.

Think of this role as an apprenticeship in Real Estate, where you are backed by an agent who wants to provide mentorship and who has an unmatched energy and presence in the industry.

**Your duties include but are not limited to**:

- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Attending photoshoots, stages, building and pest, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections
- Database management
- Prospecting via door knocking, letter box dropping, warm/cold calls
- Coordinating client meetings and bookings
- Additional responsibilities as required by your Leader

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years industry experience is not essential but advantageous
- You will be coachable, trustworthy and have the determination to succeed
- Be a team player and willing to go the extra mile
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence and Real Estate Sales Registration
- Be a strong communicator and confident
- Prior experience working in a sales environment will be beneficial
