Sales Associate

Not only will you have daily mentorship and guidance from your Lead Agent, however you will have endless leadership and training opportunities cross Place & The One Group.
The duties in this role include but are not limited to the following:

- Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections
- Buyer management
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Database management
- Prospecting by way of cold calling, letter box drops, just sold/just listed postcards & more
- Coordination & management of property styling
- General administration where required (inclusive of prospecting administration)

**Requirements**:

- 12 months experience within the industry would be highly advantageous but not essential
- Coachable, trustworthy, honest, and willing to learn
- Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle
- Real Estate Sales Certificate or in the process of obtaining one
- Experience in a customer facing industry
- Excellent work ethic and a high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
