Kimberley Regional Service Providers (KRSP) provides a range of quality services including maintenance, repair and capital works to utility services including power, water and wastewater essential service infrastructure that improve the quality of life for Indigenous people living in the remote areas of the Kimberley Region in Western Australia.

**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruiter to join our team in Cottesloe on a part time basis

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting trades, labour and professional talent for both local and fly in / fly out positions.

There will be a strong focus on developing recruitment strategies and solutions for finding talent for the Kimberley region.
- Travel to Broome may be required on occasion_.

This role will give you the opportunity to be autonomous as you manage and coordinate the end to end recruitment process, using various recruitment strategies, technology and networks.

**About you**:
To be successful, you will have proven experience recruiting Electrical or Mechanical trades positions as well as professional roles for a hard to source regional areas.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills are key to the success of this role.

You will be a quick learner who is self-motivated and capable of working autonomously to deliver outcomes in a timely manner.

It will be an advantage if you have experience using Jodadder (or a similar ATS) and other sourcing tools such as Seek Talent and LinkedIn.
