**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the Department/Service. The HIS Night Shift Clerk is responsible for participating in providing an efficient medical record service to St Vincents Public Hospital between the hours of 2130 hours and 0730 hours by retrieving medical records as required and tracking the movement of records around the hospital in our electronic tracking System (Corepas). To ensure the medical records are kept neatly in order, prepared correctly and available for patient attendances and/or clinicians providing care to patients.

2. Previous clerical experience
3. Flexible and accurate in all aspects of work
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
6. Demonstrated ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment
7. Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise and distribute work appropriately
8. Demonstrated experience in data entry and/or record processing
