Our standard working hours are 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 7am to 2:30 pm. Being in service business there will also be a need to sometimes work outside of these hours including on weekends / holidays.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Catering operations : preparing quotations, planning the food prepar delivery and unders
- To assist with serving meals for breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and/or dinner
- To adhere to all special dietary requirements including but not limited to vegetarian, allergies/intolerances, supplements and texture modified diets.
- To perform all food handling tasks in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Food Safety Program
- General cleaning duties within the kitchen and food preparation areas

**Essential Criteria**
- Previous experience in a similar chef Assistant / Kitchen Hand role
- Excellent verbal communication ability
- Valid drivers licence
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- High level attention to detail
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills

**Salary**: $23.38 - $29.23 per hour

This is a Monday to Friday role offering up to 38 hours in a Barista / All rounder role. Like the rest of our multi-skilled team, you will also have a customer service role taking customer orders and working the floor together with the rest of our multi-skilled team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Opening and closing service
- Make & Serve all types of hot and cold beverages
- Taking customer orders at POS
- Working the floor when necessary

**The requirements to be considered for this role are**:

- Work in a fast paced environment
- Adjust grinder to maintain correct extraction
- Consistently texture milk and do latte art for dine in
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Ability to think and work independently without constant supervision
- Have really strong attention to detail
- Speak English fluently
