Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to patients, visitors, and staff with a focus on presentation and hospitality.
  • Ensure patient dietary needs are met and promptly communicated to the team when necessary.
  • Maintain strong customer relations, addressing service concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and General Services team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards in all work practices.
Requirements
  • Experience as a catering assistant or similar food preparation role.
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual in duties and contributing to the team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
