Our client is a well-established financial services company with a national present looking for a financial planning administrator to support two advisers.

**Role Overview**
- Work closely and provide administration and clients services support to a team of Advisers
- Respond to client requests, management of client appointments
- Manage and respond to client queries within specific timeframes
- Implementation and document preparation
- Work collaboratively in a team to improve various business processes

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience using **Xplan essential**:

- **1 year experience working as a Client Service Officer in the financial planning industry**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, adhere to deadlines and good attention to detail
