**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for the position you will have:

- A minimum of Certificate IV in Residential Drafting **OR** Diploma in Building Design **OR** Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum of three years relevant and **CURRENT** post qualification experience as a Building Design Drafter **OR** Building Designer **OR** Architect graduate/Architect
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
- Comprehensive current knowledge of the local Architecture/Building Design industry
- Working knowledge of CAD - ArchiCAD or Revit
