**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Provide administrative support to staff, including document preparation and filing.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
- Maintain office organization and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Support project coordination and internal communications.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic financial record-keeping.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in office administration or coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
