**About the team**:
The Aurion System Support team is a part of the Aurion System’s Section of the Shared Services Hub within the Department of Industry, Science and Resources (DISR) and delivers a high-quality service to our client agencies for payruns and Aurion system support.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and leading high performing teams, including building a culture of continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate a positive team culture based on accountability and inclusion. This involves actively engaging and communicating with team members to support individual development and work outcomes.
- Ability to contribute to the development of team objectives for short term tasks and strategic planning for longer-term initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills, including energy and drive, and the ability to manage priorities to achieve results.
- Strong written, communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate and influence outcomes.

**What you will do**:
Tasks that are undertaken by the Aurion Assistant Manager may include:

- Day-to-day management of Aurion Development, Onboarding and Co-Ordination teams
- Provide mentoring and support to team members
- Plan and deliver roadmap and Statement of work (SoW) activities
- Ensure key milestones are met according to work plan objectives
- Projects are delivered or maintained to a high standard
- Contribute to the Shared Service Hub's broader projects
- Stakeholder engagement with client agencies, internal clients and vendors
- Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Provide a high level customer service to our client agencies and stakeholders
- Provide reliable, accurate and timely information to senior management
- Contribute to a collaborative culture within the division
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, such as Accountable Authority Instructions, delegations and human resource policies, relevant legislative responsibilities, including privacy and work health and safety, protective Security policies and practices

A merit pool may be established and used to fill future vacancies within 18 months from the date the vacancy was first advertised in the Gazette.
