**We trust you to bring**:

- Undergraduate degree or relevant tertiary qualifications with extensive hands-on experience in a related position.
- Event planning and organisational skills and ability to present exceptional community events
- Exceptional oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Graphic design skills, including experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (includes Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Digital marketing experience including the use of content management systems, EDMS, and social media platforms.

**Things you will do**:

- Develop and implement a library marketing plan to meet current and future community needs.
- Manage Randwick City Library’s digital marketing presence across all online platforms including eNewsletters, social media platforms and website.
- Manage on-site marketing of library activities, ensuring the brand integrity of all design elements and promotional material produced.
- End-to-end planning, management and promotion of events, projects, and functions, such as author talks, exhibition launches and outreach events.
- Manage the exhibition space at Lionel Bowen Library and exhibition calendar.
