Reporting into the Director, Global Talent & Performance and Supporting the Thrive Talent & Performance Process Lead, the Talent Analyst will make significant contributions to the future state, HR best practice structure spanning process design, build, test and deployment to deliver simple, consistent, global processes reflective of our new target operating model.

**Key Responsibilities Include**
- Build out job profiles for a selection of roles for Phase one go-live.
- Support the testing approach for Core Talent (phase 1) to ensure successful go-live
- Proactively coordinate readiness to support successful adoption of Talent and Performance processes
- Proactively contribute to deliver the P&C transformation

**Key Incumbent requirements**:

- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Proactive approach, able to use good judgment work with other stakeholders to resolve problems where appropriate.
- Outcomes focused with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines and meet project deadlines
- Strong understanding of talent and performance practices; in particular the performance and talent review cycles at Cochlear.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to understand and navigate complexity and suggest pragmatic solutions
- Creativity/thinking outside of the box, to support development of test scripts and testing generally
- Ability to attend global meetings out of standard office hours

**Highly regarded**
- HCM or other system transformation experience
- Consulting experience and providing advice to internal stakeholders and vendors
- Process documentation skills using appropriate tools e.g. Visio
- Development of success profiles and mapping of competencies.
