**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to champion our products across an already established territory. The Sales Representative responsibilities include presenting our products and services to potential customers in the territory where you will identify specific consumer characteristics and recommend ways to promote and sell our products. Using a formulated in person call cycle plan, existing and potential customers will rely on your knowledge, communication and commitment to grow and increase their businesses.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals. Ultimately, you will help us service & grow our customer base and uphold our reputation in your assigned region.

**The Person we Seek**

To succeed in this role you will need to be self-motivated, well organised and have a genuine desire to provide your customers with great products, expert advice and excellent service. It is highly desirable that you have previous on-road sales experience.

Previous experience in automotive industry, carwash or chemical industry would be desirable but not essential.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Service established and potential customers within assigned territory
- Identify local business opportunities and requirements
- Present our products and services to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services
- Liaise with company’s warehouse and management team
- Process customer orders via CRM Software

- Previous experience in some form of external sales role

**Hours and Benefits**

The selected applicants will be fully trained in all aspects of the company's products and services. You will enjoy on-going management support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and therefore repeat business.

You will be supplied with a fully maintained company car, phone and laptop. This is a Monday to Friday full-time role with an all metro territory which means away from home travel is not required.

Remuneration will be by way of base salary plus commission. We would expect your first year earning potential to be in the $75K - $80K range plus super. Some of the company’s Sales Reps earn well in excess of this and your income can grow in accordance with your efforts and results.
