The company’s operating structure comprises three regional business units focused on enabling and executing corporate strategy. Two functional divisions - Santos Energy Solutions and Santos Upstream Gas and Liquids - are accountable for global portfolio management and strategy.

**About the Role**

Santos is looking to appoint a Transport & Supply Chain Assurance Analyst based at our Brisbane operations. Reporting to the Manager of Transport & Supply Chain Assurance, this position is responsible for the review, reporting and analysis of data from audit and assurance activities on supply chain performance, land transportation and logistics operations.

Key accountabilities include:

- Data capture and integration of data sources from different systems (including SAP, IVMS and Safety systems)
- Building analytical reports that highlight performance trends of key performance indicators (KPI)
- Data visualisation through dashboard reports
- Support the scheduling, review and analysis of assurance reports and governance activities for core supply chain processes across operations
- Business process mapping and documenting procedures and guidelines
- Analyse driving performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**About You**
- Demonstrable Business/Data Analyst experience with LEAN and/or Six Sigma qualifications is preferred.
- Understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law and Chain of Responsibility.
- Competent Microsoft office skills with advance skills with Microsoft Power BI and / or Spotfire.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Flexible, adaptable and resilient in meeting changing business demands.
