A Foreman is sought by a Tier 2 Commercial Builder, to work on a $50 million retail construction project in Inner Sydney.
**The Opportunity**:
- Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on retail/ commercial construction projects from $10 million to $50 million
- You will be working on a $50 million retail construction project, based in Inner Sydney
- You will be managing all trades and reporting to a Site Manager
- $140k - 150k package
- Long term immediate permanent opportunity
**The Company**:
- A medium size, established and busy Tier 2 building contractor
- T/0 $200 million
- Reporting to a SM
- This successful contractor focuses on retail, education, commercial and government construction projects
- 50+ in the business, with 30 year trading history
**You will have**:
- A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III essential
- Previous supervisory experience with a tier 2/3 builder is essential
- Commercial construction experience required
- Ability to manage multiple trades and manage your own job with mínimal supervision
- Hands on and proactive
- Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy contractor
- A steady career history and supervisor background
