A HSEQ Advisor is sought by a busy Tier 2 Builder, to work across multiple construction projects from $5 - 40 million.

The Opportunity:

- Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on commercial and residential construction projects from $5 - 40 million.
- You will be working from Head Office, in a lead role across the business, overseeing all OHS implementation and systems management
- $130 - $150k package
- Immediate start
- Long term permanent opportunity
- North Sydney based
- 50% office, 50% site based

The Company:

- An established Tier 2 Commercial Builder
- T/0 $150 million
- Reporting to an Operations Manager, working closely with the Project Managers and Site Managers
- Construction projects typically in the $5 - 40 million range
- Solid client base with full order book of work into 2024
- Great culture with career advancement opportunities

You will have:

- An OHS Diploma or Cert IV is essential
- Previous health and safety experience with Principal Builder in NSW essential
- High attention to detail
- Highly IT Literate, with solid systems management experience
- Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy builder
- Presentable with good communication
- Highly proactive with a willingness to offer the extra yard
- Solid safety experience on building projects with commercial tier 2/3 builder on projects over $5 million
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills
