**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Coordinator, Learner Experience and Evaluation to join Learning and Teaching Unit, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.

The Coordinator, Learner Experience and Evaluation contributes to the development and delivery of a reporting and evaluation framework to inform data driven decision making across all aspects of student support strategies and practices linked to the curriculum journey. The position works in close partnership with SSTA Strategic Leads, Managers, Senior Educators and the QUT Data and Analytics team. This position reports to the Strategic Lead, Learner Experience and Evaluation.

**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a relevant postgraduate qualification, or progress towards postgraduate qualifications, together with extensive relevant experience in data analytics or statistics.
- Demonstrated capacity to design and deliver streamlined evaluation frameworks and reporting relevant to stakeholder needs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to provide clear advice and visualisations on complex issues to various audiences.
- High level organisational skills, including a demonstrated capacity to establish work priorities, meet timelines and manage projects in a complex environment, operating both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and liaise, consult and negotiate with staff at all levels across QUT.
