About the role:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager to develop and drive Inke’s brand presence to ensure ongoing sustainable success. This position will be accountable for developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and activities end-to-end with a strong focus on lead generation and ROI.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualified in Business, Communications or Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documentation
- Confidently develop and execute with continuity Inke’s brand presence
- Proficient in MS Office with experience using Excel
- Demonstrated experience delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and activities end-to-end with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
- Focused on the importance of data analysis and reporting across all digital

channels and delivering meaningful insights and using them to drive marketing.

- High level focus on Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG) ads, and analytics (including a

strong understanding of the platforms)

**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Content creation
- Online blogs for our website and for partnerships where required
- Assist with development of visual style for visual content with the graphic

designer
- Generation of design briefs for graphic design
- SEO management and development and incorporation of blogs into SEO strategy
- Manage website CMS and develop content in line with best practice SEO and SEM

principles and optimised for user experience, lead capture and conversion.
- Develop and manage engaging social media content for various platforms while

ensuring consistency of strategy and content through platforms
- Management of Google Ads and associated spend
- Analysis of all key metrics and ROI for all below the line activities
- Management of various digital marketing software packages and services
- Review, development, and creation of online customer interactions
- Analysis of user experience through all online channels
- Analysis of structure of customer flow through website
- Customer insights, including all relevant analysis
- Online company promotions
- Development of digital sales campaigns
- Creation and execution of EDM send outs
- Improve user experience across all digital touchpoints and digital metrics in the

business
- Proactively keep abreast of new approaches for market development, acquiring

and analysing data, and consulting with internal and external sources
- Assist in developing strategy and execution of end-to-end digital campaigns and activities in line with the annual marketing calendar.
