As a Windermere Digital Content Coordinator, you will:

- Implement digital content from start to finish, according to briefs, campaign strategy documents and content strategy
- Develop content for SMS, web, social media, video, eDMs and advertising as directed by relevant campaigns and appeals
- Repurpose feature articles for social media content
- Collaborate with designers to deliver engaging digital content
- Actively listen and respond on social media in a way that drives meaningful engagement

You will be an agile and flexible team player, who lives and breathes the digital landscape, you will understand how to write and repurpose engaging content for different audiences and can pivot easily from one piece to another. With outstanding communication skills, you can effectively translate complex services and stories into simple language.

This truly rewarding opportunity forms an integral part of our Marketing & Fundraising team of passionate professionals. It is a **12 month Fixed Term, Full Time role **reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Fundraising.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Minimum 3-5 years communications or a related field
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s (marketing, communications or related field)
- Extensive experience writing for digital with proven ability to create engaging and channel-specific content
- Ability to confidently operate within a digital communications environment, with a solid technical understanding of audience targeting, segmentation and differentiation
- Demonstrated use of systems and processes in order to effectively and successfully manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and to a high standard
- Working knowledge and understanding of SEO
- A strong track record in effectively communicating complex services and stories in lay language
- High level of interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral, with a demonstrated capacity to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders and positively influence outcomes in a constructive and professional manner
- An ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Willingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe and accessible.
- Current Victorian Drivers’ Licence.
- Willingness to undertake relevant pre-employment screening and checks.
