Our client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their Brisbane CBD dealership. The role would suit someone that has experience as a Service Advisor, who wants to join a large group, with real, long-term career prospects.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Booking customers cars into the service department
- Liaising with customers to ensure they are kept informed on their vehicles progress
- Working side by side with the workshop to ensure customers’ requirements are met
- Quoting and invoicing on all repairs and services provided
- Ensure your customers receive the highest standard of service

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Previous experience in a busy service department within a dealership
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service with attention to detail
- Ability and desire to work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and friendly phone manner
- Excellent personal presentation
- Full Australian working rights
