**The Role**
This role provides the incumbent with the opportunity to support Joint Logistics Unit - Victoria with complex and varied administrative tasks.

This position is responsible for the administration and reporting activities required to comply with governance frameworks, contract management processes and contract performance reporting. This role will be required to gather data, complete complex administrative tasks and support the drafting of performance reports.

You will assist in the coordination of the fleet budgets and will be exposed to a range of business activities in an ever changing logistics environment.

- Provide recommendations to managers on compliance and assurance activities;
- Have an understanding of budget reporting;
- Have demonstrated experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in contract management processes and contract performance reporting
