Visy began manufacturing corrugated cardboard boxes in Melbourne, Australia, in 1948 and has grown to become one of the world’s leading privately owned packaging, paper and recycling companies. Having maintained a huge market share, we are certainly leading the way. This role with Visy Board NSW can be based at both Smithfield and Warwick Farm sites.

We are on the hunt for a highly motivated New Work Officer to come on board and support us on a Permanent role basis at our Carole Park site. The position will require managing sales & supplier relationships while fully complying with the Visy values.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Services Support Manager of Visy Fibre Packaging, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the sales department, administrative support and assisting with the day-to-day activities of our sales team.

Working closely with the local team and wider sales & services team, you will be relentless in pursuit of the best outcome. You will thrive under pressure, never shy away from a challenge, be entrepreneurial in identifying opportunities and delivering solutions whilst never compromising safety, quality, and customer service.

**Your key areas you will be responsible for will be but not limited to**:

- Daily coordination with Sales, Art Houses and Production teams to organise tooling for new jobs and existing product alterations
- Facilitate product changes initiated by the production and design teams
- Facilitate tooling transfers within sites together with the tooling department
- Provide daily updates to the Sales & Production team on progress of tooling
- Establish meaningful relationships with internal and external departments and possess exceptional communication skills
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all activities and a strong team attitude
- Assist in timely updates of Visy Internal systems

**What you need to succeed**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Customer-Service and Stakeholder Management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and SAP (advantageous, although not required)
