Presently, we are in search of a **Maintenance Manager **to contribute to the maintenance services for a key client, with the role based in **Sydney CBD.**

**Role**

Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager include:

- The position includes partnering with the BGIS Account Management Team to drive a memorable customer experience for our key client by direct engagement with the Tenants, Owner, customers and contractors.
- Lead the change management process and initiatives as directed by BGIS.
- Assist with the administration and reporting for the client, including KPI’s performance reporting, planned maintenance and corrective reporting, Operations Centre reporting.
- Develop of procedures and reporting frameworks to that improve the overall delivery for the client.
- Provide building management, access, and supervision services on all contracted services (Base Building and Sydney Water Headquarters tenancy).
- Efficient and effective delivery of all contracted FM and ancillary services in accordance with the Services Agreements.
- Maintain financial performance and management of all associated spend in the delivery of FM and ancillary services to the building.
- Implement and manage the BGIS Asset Management strategy in the delivery of services to the building.
- Where works are managed on behalf of tenants and invoiced by way of recovery, appropriate capture and reporting of such expenses within the guidelines issued by BGIS and the client.
- Build and maintain a beneficial and professional working relationship with all building tenants, the client and the BGIS team.
- Provide relevant training inductions to contractors where relevant.
- Ensure that all HSEQ policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.
- Minor works scoping.
- Quote reviews and obtaining of alternate quotes where required.
- General Handyman services where required.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Demonstrated skills and experience of managing services with a focus on Customer Service and continuous improvement.
- Strong demonstrated experience in managing services outcomes and solutions in a Facility Management role.
- Demonstrated experience with the production of contract service reports.
- Proven ability in working within an integrated services and property model delivering a Property Management, Facilities Management and Project Management services.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and financial knowledge and skills.
- Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, HSEQ and environmental systems.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of an Integrated Work Management System knowledge (IWMS) e.g., Manhattan would be advantageous.
- Experience in an FM operational environment in the facility management sector.
