**The Role**

Discretion and confidentiality will always be at the forefront as you deal with highly sensitive, confidential information. The ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines will come naturally to you as you handle day to day tasks such as diary management, general office administration, expense reconciliation, invoices, ordering office supplies, event management, travel booking and taking minutes in executive leadership meetings.

**About You**
- Qualification in Business Administration, Business Management or similar would be preferred
- Previous experience in an executive assistant position supporting executive management essential
- A team player with a high level of customer service, collaboration and engagement
- High level of confidentiality in relation to sensitive and commercial-in-confidence information and documentation
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work friendly and collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to working in a proactive manner, anticipating and planning needs ahead of time
