Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with this global consultancy firm in search of a versatile Programs/Project Coordinator This is an integral role in the business with the opportunity to make the role your own, leading impactful studies.

**The Role**

In this role, you will drive the success of interview-based insights programs globally, communicating with a range of stakeholders to deliver successful projects. This role promises a chance to contribute significantly to key projects in collecting data for research studies.

**The Duties**
- Facilitate meetings and scheduling, ensuring smooth coordination of key stakeholders.
- Ensure program timelines are met, coordinating interviews, and facilitating research completion.
- Ensure meticulous execution of interview schedules, managing the process with precision.
- Conduct insightful analysis of program risks, delivering accurate, timely status reports.
- Maintain a master program schedule, tracking all interview activities.
- Regularly provide status updates and diligently follow up on action items.

**About You**
- Previous project coordination and stakeholder management experience.
- Highly organised, dynamic approach and proactive attitude.
- with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Ability to multitask whilst still providing an impeccable experience to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office
